Duties and Responsibilities of a Customer Service Job
Talk with the clients via emails, over the phone, or face to face
Listen to the client queries patiently and solve it. If the problem needs more technical help to solve, then forward the problem to the Sales Representative
Use best practices and service guidelines of Good Nature when working with clients
Respond to the problems of the client promptly
Look after the client accounts and update their transaction status
Draft the necessary documents as required by the client
Maintain records of all interactions with the clients in an orderly manner using service assistance
Coordinate with the internal department to find solutions and resolve matters
Maintain a follow up on the client, whose query you had solved, Ensure they are satisfied with your answer.
Co-ordinate activity of clients
All any other miscellaneous duties as directed by your supervisor
Should have great communication skills: written and verbal communication
Should be able to handle a lot of data that is available, and all of this has to be done at good pace
Should have a lot of patience when communicating with the client
Should be able to maintain their composure even if the client is being rude
Should have good listening skills, since most of the time, communication with the clients is done over the phone
Should be attentive to details
Should have the skill of versatility; they will have to adapt to many situations regarding
Should be able to learn about all Good Nature services & products
High school diploma
Knowledge of client services ethics, principles and procedures
