Leaves on Lawn

Leaves on your Lawn

Want some free compost?  Mulch your leaves with your mower!  Next time you mow, if you want to give your lawn an extra feeding, mulch the leaves into the lawn where they can feed the soil – your grass will love it (and so will you – it’s a lot easier than blowing or bagging them!)

This may require you to go over the lawn an extra pass to get the leaves chopped up finely enough that they don't smother the lawn.  Isn't that easier than raking though?
