CLIENT EXPERIENCE REPRESENTATIVE
Having a good attitude and strong work ethic goes a long way at Good Nature. There is a lot to learn and retain, but to a large degree, your rewards are very merit-based and you can earn a better living the more you commit. Leaders pick up on character very quickly and respond in kind if support is needed. They go a long way in trying to improve the lives of everyone working there.

This was hands down the best place I have ever worked for. I was located in the office, but had multiple opportunities to go out on jobs with the Technicians to witness how they work so that we had a better understanding. There is a lot of information to take in, but I don't think we could have felt more like a team/ family if we tried!

It's a lot of hard work, but great work comes with great reward. Advancement opportunities abound but they are earned, not handed out. Cares about the people there and makes efforts to improve on existing issues. Very open about what to expect work wise and extremely accommodating in regards to time off and work schedules.
