We Are Hiring Client Experience Representatives!

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping others, have strong communication skills, enjoy learning from your team, and like to contribute to a fun and productive work environment.

During Your First Year With Good Nature You Will:

  1. Treat Each Client Like A V.I.P. (Get Three 5 Star Client Reviews)
  2. Become Good Nature Certified (Pass New Hire Courses & Quizzes)
  3. Show You Care - Go Above & Beyond For Clients (Internal & External)

Position Tasks & Key Activities

  • Answer the phone with a smile by the second ring
  • Show our clients how special and important they are to us
  • Manage client & prospect requests and effectively document results
  • Handle client complaints, issues, and questions in an efficient manner
  • Bring a positive, “can-do” attitude into the office and share that
  • Listen to understand each and every situation before offering solutions
  • Maintain an organized work space with a place for everything
  • Communicate messages quickly from office to associates and field reps & vice versa
  • Clean, maintain and use personal call log daily
  • Be proactive with client questions, issues, and complaints
  • Share your ideas for improvement
  • Additional duties to be added based on your skill-sets

Qualifications

  • Continuing education beyond high school is not required, but is a plus
  • Previous customer service experience is not required, but is a plus
  • Must be a “people person” and a good listener on the phone
  • Positive Attitude
  • Previous experience with typical office software and phone systems is required
  • Ability to multitask
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Candidate must be driven and motivated to provide excellent customer service and treat every client as a “VIP” by going above and beyond traditional customer service
  • Background in handling customer issues, dealing with difficult individuals, and prescribing solutions to help clients is preferred.

Hours & Work Week Requirements

  • Reports to Client Experience Manager
  • Typical 40 hours per week possibly more during the Spring rush
  • Candidate will have to work various Saturdays throughout the year (specifically in Spring & Early Summer)

This was hands down the best place I have ever worked for. I was located in the office, but had multiple opportunities to go out on jobs with the Technicians to witness how they work so that we had a better understanding. There is a lot of information to take in, but I don't think we could have felt more like a team/ family if we tried!
