We Are Hiring Lawn Consultants (Inside Sales)!

As a Lawn Consultant, you’ll help people make the switch to an organic land care approach and support existing clients by understanding their needs and offering the right solutions. Your work will focus on building strong client relationships, signing up new customers, and managing accounts to ensure satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, is goal-oriented, and thrives in a supportive, team-based environment. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required — what matters most is your drive, communication skills, and belief in our mission.

Expected Results During Your First Year:

  1. Pass Your Certified Turfgrass Professional Self-Study Class
  2. Add $450,000–$600,000 of New Land Care Services
  3. Provide Education & Guidance to Help Inform Optimal Decisions for Client Lawns & Budgets
  4. Retain at least 80% of New Clients for the Following Season

Position Tasks & Key Activities

  • Prospect quoting, sign-ups, and onboarding
  • Handle follow-up check-in calls
  • Conduct prospect cold calls
  • Act as the Account Manager for assigned existing clients

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
  • A belief in Good Nature’s mission to make lawns healthier and safer
  • Previous sales experience is helpful but not required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary + Commission + Yearly Bonus Opportunities (based on hitting goals)

Hours & Schedule

  • 40–45 hours per week (July–January)
  • 50–55 hours per week (February–June)
  • Saturdays required during certain months (Spring & Summer: All Saturdays; Other Seasons: Rotated 1–2 Saturdays/Month)
  • Daily hours assigned as needed but kept consistent (e.g., 8am–5pm, 10am–7pm)
