## We Are Hiring A Marketing Coordinator!
As a Marketing Coordinator at Good Nature, you’ll play a key role in sharing our story, connecting with new prospects, and supporting our mission to make Organic Lawn Care the standard. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys finding creative and innovative ways to reach prospects and setting up systems to track and monitor results.
If you are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, we would love to talk to you. You’ll help us stay on the cutting edge by analyzing results, testing new approaches, and making sure our message reaches as many people as possible.
Expected Results During Your First Year:
1. **Develop Strong Understanding of Good Nature’s Brand, Mission, & Services**
2. **Understand Current Marketing Program**
3. **Create & Manage Marketing Budget (Add 3,000 New Clients)**
4. **Optimize Website SEO & AI Searches**
5. **Manage Paid Advertising (Online, Audio & Video Streaming)**
6. **Analyze Campaign Performance & Recommend Data-Based Improvements**
7. **Explore New Tools & Strategies to Expand Prospective Clients Reach**
### **Position Tasks & Key Activities**
- Manage Referral Platform
- Manage Social Media Accounts & Create Engaging & Mission-Aligned Posts
- Assist Website Updates, Email Newsletters, & Blog Content
- Sales & Operations Teams Collaboration Ensuring Consistent Messaging
- Interact with Prospects and Clients to Understand Opportunities
### **Qualifications**
- Strong Analytical Skills (Ability to Interpret Data & Make Recommendations)
- Experience Creating & Managing Budgets
- Digital Marketing & Social Media Platform Expertise
- Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Highly Organized & Detail Oriented
- Comfortable Learning New Tools & Staying Current on Marketing Trends
- Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation (Occasional Event Travel)
