We Are Hiring A Management Trainee!

As a Management Trainee at Good Nature, you’ll receive hands-on training in every aspect of our business to prepare you for a future leadership role as a Branch Manager. This unique program gives you the opportunity to experience different parts of the company—from working outdoors as a Lawn Technician, to building customer relationships in our office, to learning the art of sales as a Lawn Consultant.

If you are motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow, this program will give you the skills and confidence to lead a team and manage your own branch one day.

No prior lawn care experience is necessary — we’ll train you to succeed!

Expected Results During Your First Year:

1. Complete Good Nature’s Internal Training Program Across Multiple Departments
2. Gain Hands-On Lawn Care, Customer Service, & Sales Experience
3. Develop Leadership & Management Skills by Working Closely with Mentors
4. Build Strong Knowledge of Good Nature’s Services, Systems, & Culture
5. Demonstrate Readiness to Take on Increasing Leadership Opportunities

Position Tasks & Key Activities

• Apply Products & Care for Client Lawns as a Lawn Technician
• Provide Excellent Customer Service by Answering Calls & Supporting Client Needs
• Speak with Prospective Clients & Recommend Services as a Lawn Consultant
• Assist with Office & Operational Tasks to Learn the Business Inside & Out
• Collaborate with Team Members to Improve Efficiency & Client Satisfaction
• Participate in Leadership & Management Training Activities
